"The CFO is not the Enemy"

It's hard to find a company where the CMO and CFO share a table at lunchtime. They tend to have divergent agendas, and they may also have completely different ideas about how to measure success. In his presentation, Christophe Grimont discusses how companies can help bridge the marketing-finance divide, and why it's a critical success factor. Christophe Grimont is a regional director at Synovate Business Consulting with over 15 years experience of consultancy. Christophe's experience covers many industries and countries throughout Asia.
