Christophe Grimont

Christophe is leading the consulting division for Europe; he joined Synovate in 2003, initially to lead the Singapore office which has a regional status by nature and has since led a large number of assignments across sectors, in particular in the industrial equipment, healthcare, FMCG, automotive sectors as well as the government sector. He is spending now most of his time to develop further the business consulting presence across the region, by pushing innovative consulting services and supporting the offices he's in charge of.

Christophe spent most of his career with strategic and management consulting firms, like Deloitte and KPMG Consulting in Europe (Paris, London, Brussels) and Asia (Vietnam and Singapore). Four years in Vietnam, in charge of a consulting division for a French strategic consulting firm, where he was advising firm's management teams of Unilever, Metro Cash & Carry, DHL, Allianz have given him a good grasp on issues faced in high growth developing markets. His areas of expertise include: Strategic planning, Market entry; business development, sales and profit margin issue resolution, investment feasibility; internal process improvement and efficiency; business war-game and scenario planning.

Christophe is featured at international forums as a speaker and has regularly authored articles in leading news dailies as well. He has recently talked about war-gaming and scenario planning to a healthcare audience in Singapore and was featured in the Business Times in India.

Christophe received his MBA from E.M. Lyon International in France, in 1990, with a major in finance and his post graduate Degree in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA of Rennes) in France as well. He also attended in 2008 the 2 week Asian international Executive program at INSEAD in Singapore.
