Lynn Morgan
Lynn joined Synovate's global consulting team in 2011 to take responsibility for meeting the business consulting needs of clients located in the UK and Northern Europe as Synovate's business consulting presence continues to expand across the region.
Lynn has over 20 years of marketing, research and consulting experience which has involved working across European markets for a wide range of international clients both in the UK and abroad. She has worked both as a business consultant to and directly for a number of multinational companies. She previously spent several years providing and analyzing market performance data across Western Europe for a number of major manufacturing and retail clients. As well as market analysis, Lynn has also held roles in international business development, international account management, global marketing, strategic planning and primary research. Her experience spans both consumer and business to business markets.
Industry sectors in which she has worked include food and drink, health and beauty care, healthcare, durables, retailing and financial services. Specialist areas include new market entry, in market tracking, market assessment and product mix optimisation. Past clients have included Unilever, British Telecom, Johnson and Johnson, Heineken, Novartis, Boots, Tesco, Nestle and Procter and Gamble. Lynn herself has worked directly for a range of different organizations, from small owner managed companies to large multinationals within both the private and public sector.
Lynn has an honours degree in French and Italian and a postgraduate qualification in Marketing Management. Outside work Lynn's interests include travel, cookery and food provenance, riding, tennis, skiing and horse racing.
Lynn is based in Synovate's London office.
