Support end users in remote offices and troubleshoot:

• MS Windows XP operating systems
• Desktop applications on MS Windows XP operating systems
• Email clients in an MS Outlook and MS Exchange environment

Manage and enhance the process for software distribution and desktop administration.

Manage software and hardware inventory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of desktop support experience with Windows XP and applications on Windows XP
• Ability to use efficiently Microsoft tools and resources (TechNet, MSDN) to resolve support requests
• Ability to communicate technical issues in an easy to understand manner
• A basic understanding of MS Outlook and MS Exchange Server
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communications skills in English
