Job description
At the direction of the assigned IS Solutions Consultancy Project Manager (PM), gather the scope and requirements from the account group for an assigned project, developing related documentation and following that scope through testing to deployment.
Performs a combination of the following duties according to departmental guidelines:
Requirements
- Document all gathered scope definition and requirements, ensuring details will meet the needs of the assigned project Technical Lead to perform an accurate estimate.
- Gather and document the estimate from the Technical Lead for the defined scope and requirements
- Receive approval from the account group on the provided estimate
- Review Quality Assurance (QA) test plans for scope and requirements
- Perform basic review of functionality before account group review of scope and requirements being delivered after QA
- Plan for and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the account group and, if desired by the PM and account group, with the client
- Finalize all documentation for sign-off and closure of the request
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Synovate business analyst methods and practices
- Provide peer training as required
- Performs other essential duties as assigned
