  • Assist in managing the research team (recruitment, induction, motivation, training and performance review) to ensure the respective activities are carried out timely and effectively
  • Provide all-round project design skills in design, supervision and delivery of client projects to ensure meaningful and value-added findings are generated from projects
  • Prepare proposals independently and estimate & supervise costing preparation to achieve competitiveness and cost effectiveness

  • Capability of logical thinking and able to train a team of researchers
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way
