Job description
Manages data processing related projects (in the KL DP Centre of Excellence) for internal Synovate clients from various countries.
The role requires the successful incumbent to lead in the creation and management of project schedules, managing project budgets, identifying and analyzing project issues while working very closely with the project team in providing regular and consistent updates to the internal clients.
The successful incumbent is expected to consistently assess and report project risks to the internal clients. Ultimately the role requires the incumbent to ensure that the internal client's requirements and deliverables are met within estimated budgets and time frame.
Requirements
- Degree Holders with a minimum of 4 years working experience in a market research agency
- Project management experience with proven track record of delivering within time frame and budget is required
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

The successful incumbent will be supporting the research team in designing questionnaires, extraction and analysis of data, presentation of meaningful data and charts to clients while learning up the tools of the market research trade through a combination of on-the-job training and formal training.
Requirements
- Degree (particularly in Business, Marketing, Statistics or its equivalent)

The successful incumbent is responsible to manage studies for a range of clients across the SE Asian Region. The role requires the incumbent to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects supervised and to draw actionable insights that help clients achieve their business objectives. The successful incumbent need to maximize opportunities with new clients and explore potential new clients.
Good project management experience with proven track record of delivering within time frame and budget and people management skills is required.
Requirements
- 7 - 8 years experience of ad-hoc qualitative market research. Experience within the automotive sector is an added advantage
- Ability to write winning proposals and deliver insightful reporting
- Ability to manage a small team and multiple projects
- Experience of managing client accounts and understanding a client brief
- Excellent qualitative market research skills are essential but the candidate should also have a good understanding of how quantitative research can complement the qualitative offering
- Experience and understanding the importance of brands and marketing are essential
- Excellent qualitative market research skills are essential and experience in car clinics would be useful
- Able to travel an average of 10 days within a month or more
- Confidence in dealing with multiple countries
