We are looking for graduates from any degree discipline to join us as Junior Researchers in 2011. To take this career-defining step we will be looking for the following skills and personal attributes:

  • You'll be able to communicate clearly and persuasively and demonstrate a passion for what you do
  • You'll need to be proactive and demonstrate initiative, and be able to anticipate problems and to suggest effective solutions
  • You'll be adaptable and able to function and to carry out a variety of tasks, while remaining calm under pressure
  • You'll be a detail-oriented person who is numerate and meticulously accurate with data
  • You'll be able to generate creative ideas and solutions that meet client needs and expectations
  • English is essential and fluency in other languages will be an advantage
  • A minimum 2.1 qualification from a reputable university will be highly desirable
