Wendi Jaeger — Senior Vice President ViewsCast

Wendi Jaeger is SVP for ViewsCast in the US. In this role, Wendi uses her two decades of experience to lead a team committed to delivering excellence in the areas of client service, data capture and delivery using the ViewsCast solution.

Wendi's experience in this field has a long pedigree. Wendi began her career at Synovate working on a variety of projects for both consumer and public sector research. Highlights included managing a program that required bagging and tagging of garments worn by consumers for a side by side test of detergent effectiveness and the program that required Wendi to 100% quality control check 100,000 pieced of mail for a postal study program on delivery timing. In 1996, after ten years of experience in market research, Wendi took on the responsibility of starting up and managing the newly formed in-house IVR division for Synovate (ViewsCast) and since then, has focused on growing this business in the Americas and internationally. In addition to offering IVR services, her division has expanded their reach to include integrated IVR and online data collection capabilities. Wendi's research experience spans a breadth of sectors, including Retail, Restaurants, FMCG, Automotive, Financial Services, Healthcare, Travel and Leisure, and Public Sector. Prior to joining Synovate, Wendi worked in the advertising department for a major Chicago based retailer. When her thoughts turned from copywriting aspirations to marketing research, she left to join Market Facts (now known as Synovate).

Wendi holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois.

Wendi is curious about human behavior and why people do the things they do. In her spare time, she is a formidable and competitive opponent in trivia games on movies and television. If stranded on a desert island, Wendi would want an endless supply of movies, to increase her ability to beat all comers in trivia contests after being rescued.
