Health Outcomes Survey (HOS)
The HOS is a survey of Medicare Advantage plan members administered by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Synovate is one of only five vendors certified to conduct the HOS survey. Our team has conducted the survey since its inception in 1998.
We provide quality survey execution and confidentiality of beneficiary information as all the work is done in our own facilities so that beneficiary names never leave our control. We offer a sophisticated sample control system to track the sample through all phases of the survey, and we use high quality automated systems throughout the process.
