Customer Survey Representative (CSR) Satisfaction Survey

Immediate Data Collection – The survey takes place at the point of service. At the end of a customer service call, the representative simply reroutes the call to Synovate's Viewscast™ system , a completely automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system that collects answers to a few questions and then records customer comments.
Immediate Results – The data is constantly updated online, and customer comments are provided in streaming sound files. By logging on to a secure website, you and your customer service managers can assess the impacts of major events or track your performance over time at any level of analysis. Synovate can even notify you immediately if a caller has a serious complaint so that you can address it before it becomes the reason that the customer switches to another health plan.
Flexible Reporting – With our ViewsSummary™ reporting, you can specify what you want to see. The data reporting website allows you to create customized data summaries or review the results from individual callers. You may also get information about individual call centers and individual representatives or track satisfaction across regions and over time.
