Synovate establishes Loyalty practice in Australia

SYDNEY — Synovate, a leading global market research company, today announced the appointment of Mark Poolman to the position of Executive Director and head of the customer loyalty practice for Synovate in Australia.
Reporting jointly to Brent Stewart, CEO of Synovate in Australia and Frances Li, Asia Pacific Director of the Synovate Loyalty practice, Mr Poolman will establish a dedicated national customer loyalty research unit.
Mr Stewart said Synovate's global Loyalty expertise would translate well into the Australian environment.

Previously an Account Director in Synovate's Sydney office with extensive marketing and research experience, Mr Poolman has managed projects on behalf of some Australia's largest and most respected organisations across a broad range of industries, including professional services, financial services, insurance, automotive, retail, healthcare, education, entertainment and tourism.
He is QPMR accredited and a full member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS). He holds a Bachelor of Psychology (marketing and organisational psychology) and a Bachelor of Commerce (marketing and management) from the University of Western Australia.
