Synovate promotes Chang to Managing Director of Taiwan office

HONG KONG — Synovate, a top ten global research company, today announced the appointment of Jenny Chang to the position of Managing Director of Synovate in Taiwan.
Tim Balbirnie, Chief Executive Officer of Synovate in Asia Pacific said that since Ms Chang joined Synovate, she has been heavily involved in the development of the business on a widening range of fronts.
"I am delighted to make this promotion, acknowledging Jenny's enormous contribution to our business. Under Jenny's leadership, Synovate Taiwan has continued its strong growth and we expect more of the same. She has also been instrumental in introducing innovative solutions to Taiwanese clients," he said.
Ms Chang has most recently been Director in Synovate's Taiwan office, leading the team since October 2005. She has been with the company around twelve years and, in that time, has held a series of increasingly senior positions. These roles have seen her active in driving Synovate's product design and development and loyalty solutions in Taiwan, as well as building excellent relationships with clients.
Prior to Synovate, Ms Chang worked with Frank Small & Associates Taiwan, as well as with a software house. She graduated from Ming Chuen University with a major in Computer Science and attended Mills College in the United States, where she studied English and International Business and Communications.
