Synovate appoints CEO for Southern Europe

LONDON — Leading global market research company Synovate today announced the appointment of Finn Raben as CEO for Southern Europe, based in Paris and responsible for France, Italy and Belgium.
Raben joined Synovate in June 2007 as Chief Operating Officer for Southern Europe. He moved from TNS where he served as the Global Director of Planning and Coordination for Key Accounts. Prior to this, Raben was Managing Director of TNS Ireland before becoming European Director for the Strategic Developments Team.
Synovate Global CEO Adrian Chedore says Raben has made a very positive contribution since joining Synovate. "Finn led the highly successful integration of Metra Seis into our Spanish business. In just four months, that company has rebranded as Synovate and our two teams in Spain are working as one. Most recently, he spearheaded the integration of research operations at Synovate Belgium with the local Synovate Censydiam practice, which leverages the strengths of both organisations and enhances our client offer."
Chedore is confident that Raben's new role will have a major impact on the key markets of Southern Europe. "Our strong management teams in France, Italy and Belgium are well placed to drive the business forward, with Finn's energy and vision acting as an added catalyst to growth."
