Synovate appoints CEO of Censydiam
2 十一月 2009
LONDON — Leading market intelligence agency Synovate has appointed Sue Phillips CEO of Synovate Censydiam, a specialism of the company that uses a unique approach to unlocking the real emotional drivers of consumers to help clients reframe the way they develop their brands and business.
Said Phillips of her appointment: "Censydiam offers a systematic approach to putting the 'why before the what' when helping clients to develop their businesses. My task is to ensure that this valuable approach is as well embedded in the business at every level as our other capabilities such as Brand & Communications and MarketQuest. We want more of our clients to benefit from the detailed business insights it provides. I'm delighted to have been appointed to the role and to be in a position to lead this exciting offering forward."
Phillips joined Synovate in 2005 as Director Qualitative, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. In 2008, she transferred to Synovate UK to take on the role of Director of Training & Development for its global Qualitative practice.
Commented Ged Parton, CEO of Synovate Capabilities; "Sue has been responsible for the training of our 700-strong community of Qualitative researchers over the past few years, so taking on this CEO role for Censydiam is a natural leap forward. With over 25 years of experience in the research business, particularly in Qualitative research, Phillips is perfectly positioned to develop and drive Synovate's global consumer motivational research specialism."
Phillips will remain on the Global Qualitative Leadership Team while her other former responsibilities will be reassigned to the other members of the Qualitative team.
