Synovate appoints Rafael Cespedes head of Chile

SANTIAGO — Global market research firm Synovate has announced that Rafael Cespedes has been promoted to Managing Director for Synovate in Chile.
In addition to over 17 years of market research experience across a number of industries, Cespedes previously served as country manager for Synovate's operations in Peru and Ecuador.
"Rafael has been instrumental in establishing our footprint in many of our Latin American markets," said Ignacio Galceran, CEO for Synovate Iberia and Latin America. "I know that his strong management background and keen business sense will continue to fuel our growth in Chile and Latin America."
Cespedes joined Synovate in January 2008 when research firm CIMA Group, where he was a partner, was acquired by Synovate.
Synovate has eight offices in Latin America: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru.
