Synovate Turkey employs all means of data collection methods.

PAPER AND PEN
Synovate Turkey conducts field work through exclusive suppliers with at least 1000 interviewers and 60 supervisors. Additionally, all back-checking is done by in-house controllers. The back-checking standards require minimum 33% of each interviewer’s work being verified by telephone back-checking.

CAPI (Computer Aided Personal Interviewing)
70 laptops are available for CAPI interviews.

CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing)
Conducts and supervises the computer assisted telephone interviewing with a capacity of 24 terminals. The CATI team conducts the interviews between 10:00 - 22:00 hours in the CATI centre of Synovate Turkey.

Data Entry and Editing
Synovate Turkey has 8 data entry and 5 editing operators. The data entry is done with “clean data entry” software and minimum 10% of the data entry is back-checked.

Data Processing
This team consists of 8 staff. It is responsible for writing the software for entering the data, preparation of frequency and cross tabulations and basic statistical analysis.

Programming and Modeling
Production and design of software applicable to all the components of marketing, takes part in the development and update of the existing research models.

Statistical Analysis
Supports the software design activities of the Programming and Modeling Dept., tests the software produced, takes part in the analyses of the research projects.
