Simply select which question you would like to view from the selection dropdown box, and pick what timeframe, type of chart/table you would like to view. Seeing your data is as easy as clicking from a series of dropdown boxes.

Verbatim comments (open-end questions) are also available on this site. Click on the .wav file to listen to the IVR comments or read the text files (online interviews).

You can compare different items over time, and even receive an automated email alert if key measurements fall below specified thresholds.

It's all extremely flexible. Feedback data can be easily integrated into your existing MIS system or data warehouse too.
